ASCII Edge MSP Event Series announced

The ASCII Group which is a community for MSPs, MSSPs and solution providers has released the details of their ASCII Edge event which will be taking place in multiple cities. The ASCII Edge is an upgrade of the company’s previous series of events dubbed ASCII Success Summits and will be focusing more on educating attending MSPs on how to stay ahead in the market by leveraging business best practices, networking and collaboration.

“We look forward to presenting ASCII Edge to the MSP community in 2023 as it is an enhanced educational event. With topics ranging from operations to sales and marketing, each presentation will offer direct guidance and actionable takeaways. Our exposition space will allow attendees to see partner solutions in action and additional networking,” Jerry Koutavas, President of The ASCII Group said.

The event will feature general sessions that were a staple of the Success Summits and also special appearances from industry experts and MSPs that are redefining the future of the channel.

Keynote speakers present include Blake Lemoine the ex-Google engineer who was fired for claiming an AI chatbot had become sentient. Blake will be speaking on how AI is disrupting industries and its expected impact on the MSP industry, especially in regard to service automation.

Brittany Hodak will also be a keynote speaker at the event as she talks about how to turn your customers into lifelong advocates for your brand.

Brittany will be breaking down her five-step SUPER Fan system that she created based on successful campaigns she has run for various top brands including Walmart and Disney.
