POPX Launches a ServiceNow-Powered SDaaS Solution for MSPs

POPX has announced the official launch of its Service Desk as a Service (SDaaS) solution, designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) streamline operations without the burden of building their own service desk infrastructure.



Powered by ServiceNow and delivered through the POPX MSP Platform, this solution has already undergone a 12-month rollout with select customers, refining its capabilities to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.


A white-label, enterprise-grade service desk

The new solution allows MSPs to white-label a fully managed, enterprise-grade service desk, giving them access to advanced automation workflows and seamless customer experiences. It eliminates the need for MSPs to invest in complex infrastructure or extensive in-house development, offering a cost-effective and scalable alternative.
